The Neil Simon Theatre box office is open Monday – Saturday: 10:00am – 8:00pm and Sunday: 12:00pm – 6:00pm.

A limited number of tickets will be sold to winners of the Official Digital Lottery. Seats are $49 each and will be assigned at the discretion of the Box Office and cannot be transferred to other people or performances. PLEASE NOTE: Lottery seats may be partial view. All lottery prices include a $2.00 facility fee. A $5.00 handling fee is included in the price displayed.
Additionally, in the case of a sold out performance, Standing Room tickets will be sold 2 hours prior to the performance.

Infrared headsets for sound augmentation are available at the theatre, free of charge. Photo identification is required as a deposit. For patrons with a tele coil, this theatre is equipped with an induction loop. Please set your device to “T”.

All accessible seating locations may be purchased online, pending availability. If you do not see accessible seats available for a selected performance, it means that performance is sold out of accessible tickets and you should try selecting a different performance.

Wheelchair locations are available in the orchestra section of the theatre (pending availability). You may purchase one wheelchair and three companion seats per order if available.

There is no dress code at the theatre. For all performances, attire should be comfortable and appropriate for the occasion. The theatre is air-conditioned during the summer months.

MJ is playing at the Neil Simon Theatre, located at 250 West 52nd Street New York, NY.

If you purchased your tickets through BroadwayDirect, you will be emailed a suggested arrival time based on your seating location. Generally speaking, the theatre opens 45 minutes before the show begins. Due to security checks, including proof of vaccination and/or negative COVID-19 test, please plan to arrive at least 30 minutes before your performance’s start time.

The runtime is 2:30, including a 15 minute intermission.

MJ opened on Broadway on February 1st, 2022.

MJ is recommended for ages 8 and up. Children under the age of 5 are not permitted in the theatre.

Photography, video and sound recordings of any kind are strictly prohibited during the performance.
